O'Neal Counseling began as a simple woman's dream to provide healing to her local community. She provided mental health services to her corner of the world for 10 years in community mental health and loved serving that population.

Her approach and dream was altered when she experienced the loss of a child. This heartbreaking event shifted her perception on life. She found growth in her grief, and courage to embrace new vulnerabilities. Ingrained by the impact of her son, she found an unwavering belief that she could do anything. Empowered and supported by many she started a new journey in private practice.
In 2019, O'Neal Counseling was created and formed a business relationship with a local network of independent counseling professionals. O'Neal Counseling continues to collaborate with this network to provide mental health services to the local community.
O'Neal Counseling is a growing business with clinicians, interns, and other employees. The practice is currently located in Kaysville Utah, with future plans to expand. This growth is foundational to the original dream of healing and empowerment to the local community.
