If you feel alienated, disconnected from those around you, and/or need guidance navigating life transitions (e.g., religious, sexual orientation), let’s talk about it! Because each person has value, valid experiences, and needs, therapy can become a healthy and safe space to continue that positive movement forward. All individuals can learn from one another and be better because of it; if we are willing to slow down and pay attention. We are all a success in progress, no matter where we are in life.
Healing comes from a place of genuine intent to help others see and use themselves to create positive change. With the use of an honest, direct, and empathetic approach, the use of therapy, such as CBT, can help individuals from all backgrounds not only recognize their strength, but use it to take back some form of control over their lives.
By working alongside clients, I strive to raise awareness of mental health and to show that every single person holds great worth. Age 14+.
