Stefanie graduated from BYU-Idaho with a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Life and a minor in Psychology. After spending several years focused on raising her children, she returned to school to pursue her passion for helping others and earned her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.

Stefanie believes every person has value, strengths, and the capacity for growth—even when difficult life experiences make those qualities hard to recognize. She is passionate about helping clients develop self-compassion, strengthen their sense of self-worth, and become more confident in their ability to navigate life’s challenges. She creates a space where clients can be honest about what they are going through, feel understood and supported, and begin making meaningful changes in their lives and relationships.

Stefanie works with children, teens, women, and couples. She has a particular passion for helping children and teens build confidence, better understand and manage their emotions, recognize their strengths, and develop practical tools for handling challenges at home, school, and in relationships.

In her work with women, Stefanie helps clients navigate concerns related to self-worth, relationships, life transitions, and difficult or painful experiences. She supports clients in better understanding themselves, identifying patterns that may be holding them back, and developing greater confidence and self-compassion.

Stefanie also works with couples who want to improve communication, better understand one another, work through challenges, and strengthen their emotional connection. She helps partners identify unhelpful patterns and develop healthier ways of communicating and connecting with each other.

Stefanie brings warmth, compassion, and genuine curiosity to the therapy process. She understands that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and she works to create an environment where clients feel accepted, understood, and comfortable being themselves. Her goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, develop greater confidence in themselves, and take meaningful steps toward the life and relationships they want.

"I believe there is great power in coming to know one’s self-worth. This knowledge allows people to face challenges with confidence. Self-worth often gets lost with the grind of everyday demands and struggles. Truly understanding your worth enables you to show more compassion to others and to yourself."

My family is my greatest joy, and spending time with them brings me the most happiness. I am also passionate about art, specifically painting. Painting provides me time for personal rejuvenation.

"My number one goal is for my clients to leave my office feeling heard and empowered. I believe in the importance of finding strengths within you and building upon your worth. I acknowledge that being apart of your healing journey is a privilege and I thank you for trusting me. I promise to meet you where you are and together we can find your spark again!"
