I, like everyone else, experience my own mental health struggles. For me, achieving positive mental health involves various practices and habits that contribute to my emotional well-being. This includes prioritizing my basic needs (sleep, nutrition, movement), building strong connections with the people in my life, and doing things that bring me peace! I continue to learn and explore new ways to foster my mental health.

I do whatever I can to experience new things! Whether that be through traveling, trying new restaurants, or testing out a new hobby (even if I'm not good at it)! I love to spend time outside, host dinners/events, meditate, and read/listen to podcasts. My husband and I enjoy hiking/camping, cooking, dancing, hanging out with our cats, and live music.

My Philosophy

"I prioritize being a good listener and communicating in the most effective way. I value holding space for those I am with – being present physically, mentally, and emotionally. I believe it is important to listen empathetically, practice compassion, and most importantly, accept someone's truth, no matter who they are.

By taking a holistic approach, I strive to foster self-acceptance and a sense of belonging for all my clients by reducing the pressure to meet unrealistic standards and helping them learn skills to regulate their emotions to improve their relationships with themself and others. I am committed to helping clients rewrite their stories with courage, resilience, and self-compassion. In every story, there's a path to healing. Let's find yours together!"
