I believe it is critical to take care of yourself so you can care for others. I enjoy time in nature, walking, hiking, spending time at the beach, grounding on the lawn, breathing, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.

I love traveling! China, Israel, Egypt, Italy, Oregon, Colorado, NYC, and Hawaii are some of my favorite places. I love singing in my car or in a choir, cooking, hosting parties, going to live theater, doing puzzles, and watching a good movie.

My Philosophy

"I am passionate about helping people work through challenging life experiences and make positive changes. I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where people feel seen and heard. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness to help individuals navigate thoughts, emotions, and experiences."
